Here at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta we often get asked, "Isn't diesel dirty?" Or, "Isn't diesel bad for the environment?"

Those really are great questions.

Who can ever forget seeing all those diesel trucks on the road years ago spewing black smoke into the air while making tons of unnecessary noise? Well we just want to clarify that diesel has come a long, long way since then. In fact, our diesel cars that we have here at our dealership are quite environmentally friendly if we do say so ourselves! Check out the video below to see just how eco-friendly Audi's diesel engines are:

See? Not only have diesel engines come a long way, but YOU can go a long way with a turbo-diesel engine. For example, the new Audi A8 L TDI can go 800+ miles on one tank of gas. Do you know what that means? That means you can easily go from Marietta to Detroit, Michigan without stopping for gas even once. Pretty impressive, isn't it?

Tell us what you think of the new Audi Turbodiesel engine in the comments below, and always remember if you have any questions about Audi vehicles, feel free to stop into our dealership anytime.
