Audi will present the new A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept at this year's Wörthersee Meeting next week, along with several other show cars and production models.
The A3 Clubsport is based on the S3 sedan, with the 2.0-liter turbo four exchanged for a tuned 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-five. It produces a crushing 525 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque, but this is an engine that isn't just enormously powerful: thanks to its five-cylinder configuration and uniquely engineered intake and exhaust system, the engine also delivers a unique rhythm and throaty snarl that could give goosebumps to any listener.
To better support its high performance, the A3 Clubsport will also deliver retuned suspension, carbon-ceramic brakes, and other extensive modifications.
Shown alongside it at the Wörthersee Meeting will be the Audi TT Quattro Sport Concept that debuted at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in additional to ten production models from the German automaker. Get all the details at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta!
