Who says 13 is an unlucky number?

Audi is celebrating a one-two win at the annual 24 Hours of Le Mans, the world's most important and prestigious endurance race. This marked Audi's 13th victory in only 15 years since it began competing at Le Mans in 1999.

As part of the celebrations, Audi has put up a lucky number "13" on a multi-story LED tower of lights in New York's Greenpoint neighborhood in Brooklyn. The tower of lights acts like an LED scoreboard that Audi will be updating throughout the month with additional sports-related news.

This year's new regulations dictated 30 percent lower fuel consumption per 100 kilometers, which means the winning Audi R18 e-tron® quattro® was the greenest, most fuel-efficient Audi LMP1 race car to date. Competing cars from Toyota and Porsche also put up a valiant fight, but none proved as reliable in the long-run as the Audi.

And that's something we can corroborate back here at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta! See for yourself!
