The unveiling of the third-generation 2015 Audi TT has undoubtedly gotten the attention of automotive insiders everywhere. With sporty looks and an eye-catching design that pays homeage to models of previous generations, it appears the German automaker has definitely hit a home run in the aesthetics department.
Audi also unveiled a second variant of the car--the Audi TTS Sport Quattro Concept, and that has our attention, too. It builds on the persona of the TT, and gives it a more "racer" like feel.
To do this, the brand's designers accentuated a few areas of the car, such as its front end, side panels and rear spoiler. This builds on the car's already low-riding, wide-haunched looks to give it a real zippy profile.
While this model appears to just be a one-off vehicle, we sort of wished it wasn't when we heard about its power numbers. The TTS Sport Quattro Concept features a 420-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, with a 3.7 second sprint time. That's a full 110 horsepower more than the one we'll be offering here at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta.
Is it any wonder why we want this model?
But fret not. We expect the new TT will be more than exhilarating for our drivers here in Marietta, GA. Just check in with us and we'll let you know when it becomes available at our dealership.
