The Los Angeles Auto Show is just a few short weeks away and Audi is again teasing us with the A9 concept. This time, however, the Audi A9 concept is teased with a video that shows off more of the car's curves and we get to know a little bit about Audi's new design chief, Marc Lichte.

In the video, the A9 is under a sheet that hugs every curve and corner on the car. Lichte picks up small parts of the sheets to show off the concept's large, sculpted wheels. At the end, he pulls the sheet off, but we get only a short glimpse of the angular front end before the screen goes black.

The A9 Concept is a predecessor for a future Audi flagship, which could bear a new name when it reaches production.

Lichte says he wants more emotional designs from Audi, so we’re excited to see what the A9 Concept has in store for us at the LA Auto Show. The show runs from November 21st through the 30th, so we’ll keep watch for any more news on the A9.
