This was the best dealership experience that I've ever done business with. They have a 0 pressure Sales Team. They really did make my shopping experience memorable. Their knowledgeable staff answered ever question that I had in a friendly, transparent manner. They explained all the finance options to me in detail, but did not try to sway me towards any specific option. They let ME make my own decisions.
They were also very willing to do a lot of the buying process by email and phone calls. This was great because it really fit my schedule and lifestyle. Other dealerships would ask me to "Come in to discuss." Jim Ellis Audi Marietta Marietta understood that I wanted to conduct most of the business via email/phone and was willing to work with me the way I wanted to.
Ultimately they offered me an extremely aggressive deal that beat all the competition, plus all of the above. Even after the sale, the sales person I worked with Atiq, has been very helpful and responsive. Their Service definitely does not end with the sale. I will be back again and again.
