Last night a customer traded his 1 week old 15' Lexus NX.  He said he had been a loyal Lexus owner for years.  But, he said he was very unhappy with this new car with only 350 miles on it; and his Lexus dealer would not work with him on trading it.  Today he is the owner of a new 16' Audi Q5 from Jim Ellis Audi Marietta.
