It looks like the Audi SUV lineup is about to get a whole lot bigger. Not only has the German carmaker debuted the all-new, second-generation Q7 SUV model, but it also recently announced the creation of an even bigger SUV: the Audi Q8. Made to sit at the top of Audi's SUV lineup, the Q8 might be what Audi needs to outshine the competition even more.
According to Audi CEO Rupert Stadler, this range-topping SUV "would strengthen the brand." While there is little information out there on the features and specifications of the vehicle, we do know that it will be sold in the United States, China, and the Middle East, where large SUV models are in high demand.
The Audi Q8 SUV launch is set for an unspecified time, though it will be within the next five years, before 2020.
