"Bought From You Because You are a Consummate Professional" Jim Ellis Audi Marietta

This is how I feel and what I wrote to Erikka Tiffany one of my sales people....

I am not sure you realize fully why I bought the car from you. I am thrilled with it by the way and have had not one second of buyers remorse.

I bought from you because you are the consummate professional and you listened very well. I mean very well. I laid out some key facts from my perspective (I could order exactly what I wanted for X, i don't want to pay for navigation, etc.). You then took that and put together a proposal that hit X on a beautiful car that was loaded. 

You also responded within hours of my email for more information. I called and actually got you when I followed up on the email. You treated my time with respect and when you were not available you introduced Sasha to the equation. He is very knowledgeable about Audi and a nice guy. If you did not take a call you would text right back.

By behaving the way you do, you position a person to want to do the deal with you...even for you. There were also times I could tell you were going to be strong and push if required (like when I thought I might not do the Audi financing). I respected that.

Thanks again for being a pro and oh...yes...that nice perfume certainly did not hurt!
