I recently purchased a 2012 Audi from a Fleet at my job (Cox Communications); however, I  did not receive instructions on the technology this car offers.

I came to your showroom this past Saturday for help in connecting my IPhone in my Audi.

Isa took the time to set up my IPhone + answer my questions on this car’s technology.

He was patient, thorough and very knowledgeable.

I was pleasantly surprised with Isa’s professionalism and the way he showed me the “how to(s)” with the technology in my car.

Great customer service can be hard to find; however, not at Jim Ellis  on Cobb Parkway South!
