At Jim Ellis Audi - Marietta we have 98 current year Audi's in our Service Loaner Fleet. We usually have an ample supply for all of our customer needs.
Our fleet consists of a mix of our most popular colors and equipment packages in cars and SUV's from each of our available Audi models. A3 - A4 - A5 - A6 - A7 - A8 - Q3 - Q5 - Q7 are all represented.
Most local luxury dealers have a much smaller fleet of available loaner cars. Many times loaners are not as available for their customers.
Example: We do our best, dependent on availability, to supply a service customer who drives a Q7 SUV with a comparable vehicle while their Audi is in for service or maintenance. We don't feel a Mom who drives kids to carpool should have to "make due" with a smaller car while her Audi is being serviced.
Many local luxury dealers only put their low line vehicles into their loaner fleets. Many dealers rotate their loaner fleets every 18 months plus.
Some local dealers have base models to offer to THEIR customers and another brand like Honda Accords for customers who DID NOT purchase their car from that dealership. We don't feel that represents Premium Luxury.
We continuously rotate our fleet with fresh inventory every 6 months. You can rest assured the Audi you are driving will be like showroom new. We keep our fleet meticulously detailed for each customer.
We do not allow smoking or pets in our vehicles to protect customers with those sensitivities.
