The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art will hold the Marietta Chalktoberfest on October 10 and 11 at Marietta Square. Chalktoberfest is a unique combination of the museum's annual Chalk Festival and the Craft Beer Festival. The Chalk Fest will go on throughout the day both days, with the Craft Beer Fest taking place from 11:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday October 10. The event is free to the public, though craft beer tickets cost $35 for general admission and $75 for VIP access.
Watch professional chalk artists decorate the streets of Marietta with colorful chalk art as you enjoy handcrafted beer made in local breweries and listen to the best musical talent Marietta has to offer, including Austin Boles, Paul Hand, and The Main Street. The MCMA is bringing in a diverse group of artists sponsored by area organizations.
Chalktoberfest is a family-friendly event and brings together the whole Marietta community to celebrate art and local business. All proceeds benefit the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art.
