As acceptance and adoption of alternatively powered vehicles continue building by the year, it has become unquestionably clear that the future of automobility is electric. And with the all-new 2022 Q4 e-tron arriving later this year, Audi further cements its leadership in the luxury EV segment and moves closer to its goal of a 30-percent all-electric lineup by 2025. Delivering a cutting-edge blend of technology and signature Audi luxury, the Q4 e-tron will be available in two body styles—a standard five-door crossover and a sporty five-door coupe design, Audi calls "Sportback."

How is the Audi Q4 e-tron powered?

The Audi Q4 e-tron finds its motivation in a pair of electric motors that generate a combined 301 horsepower, enabling it to reach 60 mph from a standstill in a swift 6.2 seconds.

How much range does the Audi Q4 e-tron have?

With the Q4 e-tron, range anxiety is a thing of the past. The Q4's electric motors are powered by a 77-kWh battery pack, giving the SUV an estimated range of 250 miles—enough for a full week of Atlanta commuting. But even if your daily drives take you even farther, the Q4 e-tron supports charging up to 125-kW, which can charge the battery to 80 percent in just half an hour.

What are the Audi Q4 e-tron's exterior features?

The Q4 e-tron makes a bold first impression with dynamic character lines, chiseled bumpers, and a broad-shouldered stance. And with its unique Singleframe grille and 22-inch wheel designs, the Q4 is unquestionably part of the e-tron family. A particularly intriguing attribute of the Q4's exterior is the Solar Sky blue body paint that changes hue with varying light angles. The specialty paint was designed specifically for the Q4 to reflect a portion of the sun's rays. Not only does the paint reduce surface heat build-up for a more accommodating cabin, it also lowers the energy needed for the air conditioning, improving the Q4's range.

What is the Audi Q4 e-tron's interior like?

Despite its "compact" designation, the Audi Q4 offers a roomy and refined cabin with light, warm colors that enhance the feeling of openness. Audi further demonstrates its commitment to sustainability with thoughtful design details like premium floor covering made from recycled materials and soft yet durable Alcantara synthetic-suede upholstery with double-stitched seams. With the rear seats folded, the Q4 e-tron provides up to 52.6 cubic feet of cargo space.

What advanced technology does the Audi Q4 e-tron have?

The Q4 e-tron features the latest version of Audi's advanced MMI infotainment system. Drivers will enjoy crisp, vibrant graphics and quick responsiveness with either the standard 10.1-inch or available 11.6-inch display. And wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide convenient, clutter-free access to useful smartphone functions like hands-free calls and messaging, Google and Apple Maps, streaming and stored media, and more.

Additionally, the Q4 e-tron boasts Audi's Virtual Cockpit digital gauge cluster. Fully customizable, the display can be configured to your preferences, displaying information like driving metrics, infotainment and driver aid status, and navigation. And with the augmented-reality head-up display, the Q4 superimposes navigational elements onto the windshield, like information about upcoming intersections and floating arrows for navigation directions.
