Audi Marietta Earns 2025 Magna Society Honors

Audi Marietta has been recognized by Audi of America as a 2025 Magna Society Dealer, placing us among a select group of top-performing Audi dealerships nationwide.

Celebrating its 25th year, the Magna Society program highlights dealerships that consistently deliver outstanding experiences while achieving strong results across sales and service. This year, just 66 Audi dealerships across the U.S. earned this distinction.

This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering an elevated ownership experience, seamless sales and service, and a dealership environment that represents the Audi standard.

This isn’t the first time Audi Marietta has been recognized at this level. The dealership has earned Magna Society honors multiple times over the years—including 2010, 2011, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023—reflecting a long-standing commitment to consistency and care.

JD Power Award

Audi Marietta Named J.D. Power 2026 Dealer of Excellence

The JD Power Dealer of Excellence Program reflects the commitment and dedication of select retailers to provide their customers with a purchase experience that meets today’s consumer expectations.

Not all dealerships can qualify. Those that do must pass a rigorous process:

First, JD Power limits the percentage of eligible dealerships by nameplate based on each brand’s performance in the most recent JD Power Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. Only about 20% of franchised dealerships are eligible for consideration under the JD Power Dealer of Excellence Program.

Second, interested dealerships must rank among their brand’s top performers in key customer satisfaction areas consistent with measurements found in JD Power’s Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study.

Finally, once a dealer passes the initial screening, U.S. and Canada JD Power Dealer of Excellence applicants must complete, and pass, an in-dealership process verification, which focuses on eleven (11) JD Power Best Practices. Passing dealers must be able to demonstrate a minimum of nine (9) out of the eleven (11) criteria.

Audi Marietta Named a 2026 CarGurus Top Rated Dealer

Audi Marietta has been recognized as a 2026 CarGurus Top Rated Dealer, an honor recognizing dealerships for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Now in its 12th year, the CarGurus Top Dealer Awards recognize dealerships that consistently earn shoppers’ trust through exceptional service, value and transparency. Fewer than 10% of dealerships on the CarGurus platform earned a Top Dealer Award for 2026.

The Top Rated Dealer distinction is based specifically on customer satisfaction. To qualify, dealerships maintained an average rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 based on verified customer reviews submitted in 2025, making the award a direct reflection of the experiences customers have shared about doing business with Audi Marietta.

“Recognition like this is especially meaningful because it comes from the people we serve,” said Rob Waggoner, Vice President of Audi Marietta. “Our goal is to deliver an experience worthy of the Audi brand every time a customer walks through our doors.
